MCADS-1000

Dylab Motor Current Analysis and Dynanic Simulator (MCADS-1000 Series) is a device that simulates various motor defects and maching defects in one machine. It can test electrical and mechanical defects at the same time to get useful data with the same boundary conditions.
It is the only machine that can be used in various fields such as a deep studying of electric motor defects, training the phenomenon of vibration at the institute, a vibration analysis study for facilities diagnosis staff, a certification test for training and noise vibration engineers. It is a device that can reproduce the phenomenon according to various defects that must be essential to engineers and maintenance personnel. It is a differentiated product specially designed for easy analysis and learning of motor defects besides general machine defects symptom.

Detailed Description

The MCADS consists of a 1-horsepower motor, rotor supported by bearings at ends, a planetary gear and a magnetic brake in series. There are 7 fault motors as an option and each motor is provided with a power plug to easy access to the power supply line in the power distribution box, so that the motor can be tested with a faulty motor.
The bearings can be replaced by faulty bearings and experiments can be carried out. By applying mass to the rotor, motor current fluctuation and vibration due to unbalance can be analyzed.
Planetary gears are used as a speed reduction for high braking efficiency, but by inserting faulty gears, it is possible to study the analysis of planetary gear failure signals due to defects. The magnetic brake applies a load to the motor to enable signal analysis depending on the load.
