MVS-520
The MVS-520 is an excellent learning device that has all the features of the MVS-510 and additionally has more capabilities for learning shaft alignment and balancing. It can be used to improve the effectiveness of studying misalignment and imbalance and the vibration phenomenon caused by the misalignment and imbalance by adding desired amount of machine faults.
Detailed Description
For balancing, the rotor has two rows of 18 M6 holes allowing precise calibration masses to be inserted in.
Automatic Unbalance Rotor(AUR) can implement long term trend of imbalance vibration in a short time at laboratory. Since the unbalance mass inside AUR moves during operation, it is possible to stop the unbalance mass at an arbitrary position and keep vibration level stationary and try to make measurement and perform correction task of imbalance.
