MVS-100S

Learning the characteristic vibration pattern that occurs according to various faults of the mechanical parts plays a very important role in diagnosing the machine trouble. The MVS-100S is the simplest model of the MVS series as a machinery faults simulator designed to artificially cause machine failure and generate vibration. The engineer in charge of diagnostic work can use easily to learn  the cause of vibration, measurement method, ability to control the vibration. Especially, it is very suitable for use as educational equipment for vibration expert training course in an organization that teaches vibration, or as for practical skill test of diagnostic certification .

Detailed Description

It is a simulator designed to investigate Misalignment, Unbalance and Bearing Defects (Option), which is most commonly caused by machine defects, and also the best educational equipment for studying mechanical condition monitoring and reproducing machine defects.

User can cause misalignment or imbalance very easily and then the spectral component shows a typical pattern of misalignment (2X, 3X component) or unbalance (1X component) accordingly.

  • Vibration due to unbalance
  • Vibration phenomenon by misalignment
  • Single or multi-stage balancing training
  • Alignment Training
  • Coupling study
  • Study of Bearing Defects and Load Effects
  • Cocked Rotor Vibration Study
  • Eccentric Rotor Vibration Study
  • Mechanical friction study
  • Study of signal processing technique
  • Optimal sensor location discovery
  • Vibration expert certification test
